The driver was already under probation for hitting and killing a driver when she ran a red light at 16 years old. She had NO valid drivers license at the time of the first crash.
FHP arrested her on charges of reckless driving (serious injury), DUI (serious injury), DUI with property damage, driving without a driver’s license (serious injury) and violation of probation for DUI . 1 Passenger has now died and the others were injured seriously. SHE suffered only MINOR injuries.
